-HAVE A COPY OF YOUR PRINTED OR DIGITAL INVOICE. You may be turned away without proof of purchase in the form of printed or digital invoice.
-PULL UP TO THE BAY DOORS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. If the East driveway is full, please wait in your vehicle until space becomes available. DO NOT DOUBLE-PARK OR BLOCK VEHICLES IN DRIVEWAY.
-KC MARKET HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING OR SECURING OF LOAD TO YOUR VEHICLE.If your item weighs over 100lbs., you may need to bring assistance for loading.

Inspection:KC Market House does not offer scheduled inspection dates; visit 1121 28th St., Blue Springs, MO, Monday-Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm to preview items.
Payment:
- The credit card on file with bidder’s account will be charged at the close of the auction.
- If the bidder’s payment is declined for any reason, the bidder will be unable to receive unpaid items.
- Payment onsite is accepted in the form of cash or credit card. Exact change is required for all cash transactions.
- Invoices exceeding $2,000 cannot be paid by credit card on file. Buyers will be required to pay onsite with cash or a cashier’s check.
- After 3 Business Days all unpaid invoices will be marked as unpaid. Please call auction house to settle any unpaid invoices if extending pickup with storage fee option.
- Multiple instances of unpaid invoices will result in a permanent ban from the Equip-Bid site and all affiliates.
Handling Surcharge: Due to elevated freight and processing costs, a non-refundable $1.00 handling fee will be added to all items.
Pick-Up:
- If unable to pick up items within three (3) Business Days (Mon-Fri 10:00am – 5:00pm),DO NOT BID.
- By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and agree to remove them from the auction location.
- To pick up items, go to 1121 28th St in Blue Springs, MO, Monday through Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm.
- All items PAID/Unpaid/HELD with storage fee longer than Seven (7) CALENDAR Days are considered abandoned property and are forfeited.
Refunds:We are offering the 72 Hour Guarantee on all items in this sale (unless listed as damaged or incomplete). Boxes of Fun and Parts Only are not included with 72 Hour Guarantee, those lots are sold as is.
What is the 72-hour guarantee?
• We are guaranteeing for functionality only. NOT cosmetic condition, color, completeness/parts
• Buyer must contact us within 72 hours of pick up time to make a claim(after 72 hours, no refund)
• After claim is filed, Item needs to be returned to seller within 10 business days from auction close date
• After 10 business days, guarantee is null and void, no refunds will be given.

Tax-Exempt Bidders:
- Tax-exemption forms must be provided for each invoice.
- Tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account.
- Upon providing tax-exemption forms to KC Market House, contact this affiliate at 816-286-7666 to remove tax from each invoice. Tax exempt forms must be provided within 24 hours following closure of each auction.
Liability:Liability of KC Market House shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.Standard pick-up times are Monday-Friday 12:00-5:00 pm. Holidays/weather may affect these hours. You are alloted 3 business days (M-F) to pick up items from the auction's clos date, no appointment needed. If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame, a small storage fee will be charged. Items will be returned back to auction after 7 days from close date.After 3 Business Days all unpaid invoices will be marked as unpaid. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe,items will be forfeited and return back to auction.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify the Equip-Bid office by email or phone no later than 9:00 am the day following the auction's close.
Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.Otherwise no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withKC Market House, contact us at816-286-7666 before 9:00 am or the card on file will be charged. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
