If you are a Sploot client, there is no need to bring a medical record — as we have this on file. New clients can bring medical records, if available, but it's not mandatory.
Will my pet need to stay overnight after a sick visit or urgent care visit?
Whether your pet stays overnight depends on their condition. Severe cases may need to be transferred to an emergency hospital.
Are fractures or injuries urgent vet care cases?
Fractures and soft tissue injuries need to be seen promptly by an urgent care vet. If you suspect your pet has these, call us to arrange a veterinary urgent care appointment at Sploot.
